Brittany is a certified Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and strength and conditioning coach with advanced training in women’s health, mindfulness, and nutrition. With over a decade of experience, she specialises in supporting women through all life stages - from prenatal and postnatal fitness to peri- and post-menopausal wellbeing.
Activation: Strength in Motion - Resistance Band Training for Every Body
A 45-minute outdoor strength session using several different modalities - no gym required. Designed to build strength, stability, and mobility through low-impact, accessible movements for all fitness levels, this empowering session helps participants reconnect with their bodies and leave feeling strong, energised, and confident.
Marilyne Defer - Certified Health Coach & Nutrition Specialist
Marilyne supports women, particularly after 30, in reconnecting with their bodies and restoring steady energy through a nutrition-first approach. Her work focuses on hormonal balance, elevated cortisol, and the impact of stress and busy lifestyles on women’s health, helping food become a stabilising anchor in everyday life.
Based in Dubai, Marilyne offers private chef and in-home cooking support, personalised meal planning, and in-person nutrition workshops. Her approach is practical, nourishing, and designed for real life, helping women create simple systems around food that reduce stress and decision fatigue.
Activation: Smart Meal Planning for Busy Women
A practical and interactive session designed to simplify healthy eating. Marilyne will share realistic strategies for planning balanced meals that save time, support energy levels, and fit into busy schedules. Nancy Zabaneh is a wellbeing educator, Kundalini Yoga teacher trainer, Arab Country Coordinator for Compassionate Inquiry®, and a Beyond Addiction trainer, as well as the founder of Darshan, a transformational wellbeing platform rooted in the Arab world and connected to a global community.
With decades of experience in personal growth, conscious leadership, and trauma-informed inquiry, Nancy integrates Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, somatic awareness, and Compassionate Inquiry® to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and sustainable inner change. She is known for creating grounded, culturally responsive spaces where reflection and embodiment unfold with depth and care.
