Welcome
Welcome to the weekly Fusion Insights newsletter! If you’ve heard me talk about launching this… it’s finally here. Every Wednesday you'll receive this newsletter in your inbox, and each week you’ll get: practical resources and global opportunities for your business that you can act on immediately.
If July and August felt like a write-off, you’re not alone. Clients went quiet, revenue softened, and leads slowed. With roughly 100 working days left in 2025, September is our reset.
I’m feeling that reset personally as I complete chemotherapy for breast cancer in later in September. It’s been a tough five months, and it’s clarified a few essentials that are important for anyone that owns a business:
Mindset matters. A positive outlook won’t erase the hard days, but it shapes how you navigate life and business.
Your business can’t just depend on you. If it collapses when you step back, that’s a risk. Systems, SOPs, and people who can deliver without you are non-negotiable. If you don't yet have that, start thinking about how you can implement that in your business.
Protect yourself and your team. Health insurance isn’t a luxury. It’s an investment in you and your business. It's much better to forego that luxury holiday to the Maldives to know that you and your business are protected should the unfortunate happen.
Gratitude changes everything. Even when things are tough, there are still so many things to be grateful for. For me that's come from unexpected connections, new friends, the support from friends and family, and of course the Female Fusion team who have held me and my business up throughout and moments that matter.
Wishing you a wonderful rest of the week,
Jen

The Playbook: Your 60-Minute 100-Day Reset
You've got a little less than 100 working days until the end of the year. You still have time. Set your target, choose your offers and work your plan.
Take one hour this week to do three things:
1) Set your revenue target. Write down how much you want to generate in the next 100 working days.
2) Review your offers. Which products give you the highest profit margin? Which sell fastest? Quick wins aren’t always most profitable, but they create cash flow.
3) Analyse the leaks. Look at July-August. Where did revenue slip? Was it low conversions, slow follow-up, show-up rates, pricing?
Use this AI prompt to build your plan:
"Act as my business coach. Here are my numbers from July-August: [insert revenue, leads, expenses]. These are my products/services and price points: [insert offers]. My target for the next 100 days is [insert amount]. Based on this, what’s the quickest way to generate cash flow? Which products will be most profitable? Where am I losing money? What should I prioritise in the next 100 days to realistically reach that target?”

The Next 100 Days
You might feel tempted to do everything, but now is not the time. Over the coming months focus on the habits and systems that will bring fast (money making) results before the year ends.
Inside Female Fusion, we are working on this together: setting revenue goals, fixing what is broken, and finding the quick wins that will make the next 100 days count.
If you do not want to do this alone, join us and use these final 100 days to build a business that will last, even if you need to step back.
If your business only works when you are at full strength, it is not a business; it is an expensive hobby.
