Beth is a holistic educator and well-being practitioner, and the founder of Beth Hepburn Coaching and The Child Who Thrives. With over 14 years’ experience supporting families and individuals across the UK and Dubai, she helps people cultivate balance, awareness, and emotional well-being through sound healing, coaching, and holistic workshops.
Activation: Sound Bowl Healing
An immersive sound healing experience that combines gentle guided meditation with the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. This heart-led session is designed to release stress, quiet the mind, and restore balance, leaving participants grounded and deeply relaxed.
Claire Saez - Reflexologist (A.O.R.)
Claire is a fully qualified and insured reflexologist, trained at the renowned London School of Reflexology in the UK and a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR). With over 10 years of experience, she is passionate about helping people restore balance and well-being through this natural, non-invasive therapy.
Activation: Restorative Reflexology
This calming and rejuvenating session introduces attendees to the ancient practice of reflexology - a holistic therapy that applies gentle pressure to the feet to release tension, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural equilibrium. Designed to relax both mind and body, this experience promotes deep relaxation, energy flow, and overall well-being.
Akshata Bhat Gupta - Yoga & Meditation Teacher
Akshata is a yoga and meditation teacher, wellness guide, and former corporate strategist who helps people find balance, clarity, and connection in both life and work. With over a decade of experience across the corporate and wellbeing worlds, she blends gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support calm, creativity, and inner alignment.
Activation: Gentle Movement & Mindful Meditation
A soothing 45-minute session designed to help you recharge and re-centre. Through soft yoga postures, simple breathing techniques, and guided relaxation, you'll release tension, calm the nervous system, and quiet the mind. The session closes with a short meditation to leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and balanced from within. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
