Meet Your Guest Speaker

Paul Littlejohn

Paul brings over 30 years of leadership experience in high-pressure environments - from flying combat aircraft as a Top Gun fighter pilot and instructor, to leading global operations for the Emirates Group, to founding his own consultancy.

He’s led teams of 10,000, managed $250M budgets, and delivered transformation strategies across 17 countries. Today, he advises founders and executives on how to move fast, think clearly, and lead under pressure.

Based in Dubai, Paul is the founder of Wingman Executive and a professor at Hult International Business School. Whether in the cockpit or the boardroom, his approach is rooted in clear thinking, fast learning, and action.

At the FF Mixer, Paul will be speaking on “A Bias to Action” - a talk that explores confidence, decision-making, and leading under pressure. Drawing on his experiences in aviation, business, and entrepreneurship, he’ll share why waiting to feel ready often holds us back, and how taking action early, learning fast, and adapting along the way is the key to building real momentum.
