Recognising a member who consistently uplifts others, celebrates their successes, and contributes to a positive, inclusive, and supportive community culture within Female Fusion.

Evaluation Criteria: Encouragement, engagement, and consistent contribution to building a collaborative, welcoming, and uplifting environment.

COLLABORATION OF THE YEAR

Celebrating Female Fusion members who met through the community and built successful collaborations that have created business growth for everyone involved. This award highlights how working together can lead to measurable results and stronger businesses.

Evaluation Criteria: Demonstrated partnership between members, shared goals, measurable business outcomes, and clear evidence that the collaboration began through Female Fusion.

COMMUNITY CHOICE AWARD

Voted by Female Fusion members, this award honours the individual who most embodies the Female Fusion spirit — admired for her authenticity, positivity, and genuine support for others.

Evaluation Criteria: Active, positive presence in the community; genuine engagement and encouragement; seen by peers as a role model of the Female Fusion spirit.
