How to Promote Your Business in Female Fusion
There are many ways to raise awareness of your business within the Female Fusion Community. However, the most successful members don’t just focus on self-promotion - they engage, support, and give back to others.
When you actively share your expertise, answer questions, and offer help, you naturally build relationships, trust, and visibility. The more you give, the more people will recognise your value - and when they need what you offer, you’ll be the first person they think of.
Here’s how you can increase your visibility and grow your business in Female Fusion:
1) Engage in the Female Fusion Community on Circle
Our private member community on Circle is where you can connect, share insights, and support other female entrepreneurs.
- Introduce yourself: Share your business, your expertise, and what you’re working on
- Ask meaningful questions:Â Engage in conversations that help you and others learn and grow
- Support others: Answer questions, offer advice, or share experiences that could benefit another member
- This is not a space for hard selling: promotional posts or direct sales pitches often don’t get engagement. Instead, focus on building relationships and being part of the conversation.

We hold two online networking sessions per month, designed for you to meet other female entrepreneurs, exchange ideas, and find collaborations. What are showcase stalls?
At most of our in-person events, members have the opportunity to profile their products or services at a dedicated or shared table. This is not just about sales - it’s a chance to gather valuable feedback, test your offering, and refine your messaging with a highly engaged audience of fellow entrepreneurs who may be your ideal customers.
While some events allow product sales, the real value lies in using this as a tool to see what resonates, spark conversations, and validate demand for what you offer.
To participate, members must provide a valid company registration or trade licence for the product or service they are showcasing. If selling, all payments must be accepted digitally - cash transactions are not permitted.

Promotion-Free Zone in the Circle Community
The Female Fusion Circle Community is a promotion-free space to encourage meaningful conversations, business connections, and peer-to-peer support. However, if you have an event, workshop, or something notable to promote, you can share it in the Member Events section, where other members can find opportunities relevant to them.

- Asking a question or engaging your audience in a discussion
- Sharing a success story related to your business or product
- Including a compelling offer (if relevant) with a clear next step
- Using high-quality images or a short video to make your post stand out

Membership Billing, Renewals & Terms
Membership terms of purchase
Due to the nature of the digital content provided, there are no refunds.
Memberships are sold on an annual basis. This means that whether you choose to pay in full or through a payment plan, you are committing to a 12-month membership.
Subscriptions are automatically charged on a monthly or yearly basis from the date you signed up and will continue to renew until cancelled.
If you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so at least 14 days before your next billing date. Your billing date will be the same each month (or year). Please make note of your renewal date, as refunds are not granted once the payment has been processed.

Pricing and Membership Terms
The membership price and terms you sign up with are locked in at the time you join.
If you cancel and rejoin in the future, you will be subject to the current membership pricing and terms at that time.
Individual Use Only
This membership is for individual use only. If you would like to purchase access for a group or team, please contact us at [email protected].
You must not copy, republish, use within a training programme or membership, or sell any material from our programme.
Why We Require a 12-Month Commitment
We provide immediate access to a wide range of resources, including discounts, masterclasses, templates, coaching sessions, and networking opportunities from day one. This structure ensures that members have the opportunity to fully engage, implement what they learn, and get long-term value from their membership. The annual commitment allows us to continue providing high-quality content, exclusive discounts, and ongoing support for all members.
Can I pause my membership?
Memberships cannot be paused. Access to Female Fusion’s resources is only available with an active membership.
If you cancel and rejoin later, you will be subject to the current membership pricing at that time.
Cancelling Your Membership
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, submit your cancellation request at least 14 days before your renewal date. We do not provide refunds for payments already processed.

- Your membership and access will remain active until the end of your paid period.
- If you are on a monthly payment plan (for memberships purchased from 1 January 2023 onwards), you have committed to 12 monthly payments. You may cancel after completing this period by submitting your request in writing.
- Membership pricing is currently $149 per month or $1,499 per year. If you cancel and rejoin later, you will be subject to the current pricing and terms at that time.
- Due to the digital nature of the membership, refunds are not available
Invoices and VAT
Invoices are automatically sent to your email address after each payment. We use Quaderno, a platform that issues VAT invoices. Please check your email for your invoice after each transaction.
Female Fusion is a global business, but our company for the community is registered in the UAE. In accordance with UAE tax regulations, VAT is only charged to businesses or individuals registered in the UAE or making payments with a UAE-issued card.
If you are VAT-registered in the UAE or your country requires your VAT number on the invoice, please email us at [email protected] with a copy of your VAT certificate, and we will provide an updated VAT receipt.

Updating Billing Information
You can update your billing information and credit card details directly within your Female Fusion account.
Click your profile avatar in the top right corner of this page or on your library page, then select Settings.
Click Billing Info in the top right corner.
Replace your card details and save the changes.

What Happens to My Content After Cancelling?
Access to all Female Fusion Membership resources is only available with an active membership. If you cancel your membership, you will retain access until the end of your paid membership period, after which you will no longer be able to view the materials or recordings.
However, if you have separately purchased any digital courses or content, those will remain available in your membership library, subject to the terms of purchase for that specific course or product.
Account Details
Updating Your Email Details
Your billing and account details are managed in Kajabi, as this is where your membership is processed. If you need to update your email, payment details, or billing information, you must do so in Kajabi.

- Click on Email Notification Settings
- Update your email address
- Once updated, use your new email to log in (your password remains the same)
- If you are using the Kajabi mobile app, you will need to reconnect it using the updated email

Updating Your Email in Circle (Community Platform Only)
If you would like to update your email for the Female Fusion Community on Circle, you can do so here: https://femalefusion.circle.so/accountÂ
This will update your email within Circle only and will not affect your billing or membership access in Kajabi.
Resetting Your Password
If you need to reset your password, you can do this directly on either platform:
