Meet Silja Eatock
Silja Eatock brings over 25 years of diverse operational, HR, and business support expertise spanning across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Her experience encompasses a wide array of sectors, from multinationals and family offices to non-profits, SMEs, and start-ups.
In 2000, Silja co-founded the Topsy Foundation in South Africa, a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing vital relief services to some of South Africa's most underserved rural communities. After successfully leading the organisation for eight years, Silja put the succession plan into action and moved to Dubai, a melting pot of cultures and a true testament to diversity and inclusivity.
In 2020, Silja decided to return to her entrepreneurial roots and established Allium, a company specialising in tailored and strategic operational and administrative support for independent professionals and businesses.
Siljaā€™s personality strengths include a thoughtful and organised approach, reliability, honesty and integrity. Her German heritage demands exactitude and attention to detail is second nature to her. Silja has a love of languages and a passion for literature and in her spare time she enjoys gardening, practising Pilates and exploring new corners of the world.
